At Ants Bushwillow Camp, you’ll experience safaris with incredible wildlife such as rhino, giraffe, buffalo, zebra, and more. These trips include active conservation efforts and fantastic parties in one of the most stunning settings imaginable.

Description
This horseback safari is a week-long adventure that spans over 120 miles through the Mopane savannah and picturesque river valleys of Botswana’s Tuli Block. The Tuli block is known for huge herds of elephants, ancient baobab trees and endless landscapes, offering an authentic experience of observing wildlife in their natural habitat. The journey features accommodations in three distinct camps, each designed to provide unique experiences while enjoying classic safari luxuries like hot showers and delicious meals.
On horseback, riders are likely to encounter Big Five animals like lions, elephants, leopards, and much much more. The ability to observe these iconic animals up close while riding adds an exhilarating dimension to the safari experience. The wildlife in this area is not seasonal, ensuring wonderful game viewing opportunities throughout the year.
Wildlife Encounter
This safari is designed for advanced riders only, as there is a test on day one to assess riding skills. The terrain and potential encounters with large wildlife require confident and capable riders who can handle their horses in various situations.

Camps Overview
Two Mashatus Camp: Set under large Mashatu trees, this camp features traditionally built Lala Palm rondavels for dining and lounge areas. Guest accommodations include spacious A-frame tents on teak platforms with en-suite bathrooms, offering privacy and a small deck for relaxation. A swimming pool adds to the comfort.
Tree Camp: A unique experience awaits in this elevated camp nestled among giant Mashatu and Leadwood trees. Guests sleep in airy pods, with shared facilities nearby. The dining and lounge area overlooks the Majale River, creating a memorable retreat.
Kgotla Camp: Inspired by traditional court enclosures, this camp offers an open-air experience with hot running water and beautiful showers. Guests sleep under the stars around a central log fire, immersing themselves in the sounds of the African night for a truly authentic bush experience.
Overall, this safari promises stunning landscapes, diverse wildlife viewing, and unforgettable accommodations that blend comfort with the natural beauty of Africa.
